I. Dr. Mesich is Recovering Well from Encephalitis

I was hospitalized for meningo-encephalitis (an inflammation of the spinal fluid and brain) in March of this year. It has taken some time, but I have recovered amazingly well. I still have to take things a little slower than before, so I have decided to begin offering telephone classes as a means to reach all of you without the travel. I also will begin seeing clients again part-time in Oakdale, MN.

Any well wishes you may send are greatly appreciated, and I hope to speak with you sometime in the near future during a telephone class! - drmesich@kyramesich.com, 651-735-8880

What is a telephone class, and how does it work?

A telephone class is a conference call, like a chat line. You and between 3-30 other registrants call a regular phone number in the United States (usually in CA) at your class time and you are welcomed by Dr. Mesich. If this if your first time taking a telephone class, you may wonder if and how it works. It just does. It's highly interactive and the 'flow' works well. It’s very much like attending a class in person – maybe more comfortable! You can listen and absorb and/or engage in the discussion.

You do not need a computer in order to be in the class. All you need is a regular phone!
The cost to call the conference line is your standard long distance charge. You pay your long distance carrier whatever your rates are. Most carriers charge $3-$5 an hour for long distance, so the cost is minimal. Sorry, no cell phones allowed. Noise on the line is amplified in a conference call. Please use only a high quality land phone.

III. Green Hope Flower Essences

Many of you have written to me inquiring about a source for non-alcohol flower essences. Bach flower essences and FES flower essences are preserved with brandy, in the traditional manner. Resources are available, though, for flower essences stabilized with other preservatives.

One great resource is Green Hope Farm in New Hampshire. Green Hope preserves their flower essences with Red Shiso, a Japanese herb and vinegar. Green Hope has several types of yarrow essences available, as well as many mixtures. Their “Golden Armor” mixture contains yarrow and several other flowers. They also carry a “Grounding” mixture, which is always helpful for us sensitive people.

Green Hope’s phone number is 603-469-3662. Visit their website at www.greenhopeessences.com
.  All Green Hope’s essences are alcohol-free.

Featherhawk Flower Essences in Indiana can also use Red Shiso as a preservative, if you request it on their order form: www.featherhawk.com,  1-877-226-7858.
